1. Why Digital Files Are Non-Refundable
Digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied indefinitely. For this reason, many consumer-protection laws (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16-m) remove the usual 14-day “right of withdrawal” once a download begins, provided the buyer has given consent.
By completing checkout and accessing your files, you acknowledge this legal exception and agree that the purchase is final and non-refundable.

3. If You Discover an Issue

Include your order number and a short description of the issue (screenshots are helpful).
We’ll confirm receipt and send the corrected file or guidance within the promised timeframe.
If a fix isn’t possible, we’ll work with you on an alternative solution.
4. Accidental Purchases
If you purchased the wrong item and haven’t downloaded the files yet, please email us within 24 hours.
We’ll gladly cancel and refund your order.
